this Sanyo 3000 is amazing.  I watched Ronin (B-Ray Disc) last night with great action scenes, dark scenes and fast moving sequences and the picture quality was very sharp.  

Am particularly impressed with the degrees of black/grey and shadows and the detail that remains within it - for a projector that equals a large Plasma/LCD, its just amazing.

Thanks on your advice on the Sanyo vs Epson.  Am enjoying it immensely.

       Davin answered, ( I believe to be totally honestly!.. a rare find in it's self!), all my questions, and was very proffesional and extremely helpful. That would have been enough for me to make a purchase from your store, but to top it off, your store was EXTREMELY compettitive on my SANYO projector, and addeded accessories! At no time did I feel like i was being pushed towards a product by a sales person, or pushed towards a product that you maybe overstocked of! or are looking to get rid of! or make the most profit out of !
      Sometimes due to the nature of the products or the VALUE/COST of the products, we prefer face to face contact, but due to the professionalism, great advice, efficient service, prompt reply to emails/phone calls, and very compettive pricing, that it was no problem to purchase such items without direct face to face contact.

Warning about gray market Sanyo projectors. If the company is not buying from Sanyo Australia they import the projectors, (now second hand) there is no Australian warranty no matter what they say. • From our testing the Sanyo Z3000 120Hz frame interpolation works exactly as it should, making action scenes smoother and more life-like. A similar feature on Epson TW4000 does not seem to work as well and it's often better to turn the option off on the Epson TW4000. While we don't know for sure, our educated guess is there is a bug in the interpolation algorithm Epson use (we trust they will address it) whereas Sanyo have nailed it first time.

Native CR (What the LCD panels can do) would be the same. The Z3000 120Hz frame is far more important than CR in terms of smooth images.
