All prices include GST. All plans are based on a 36 month contract. An early cancellation fee will apply.

Available to ABN companies (subject to approval) only.

You might like to purchase the printer outright and be charge a smaller monthly fee, however most business like the tax benefits from leasing hardware like printers that can become outdated.

Plan 1 includes 500 monochrome and 500 colour prints every month.
Additional prints are charged at 4 cents/print monochrome, 20 cents/print colour.

Plan 2 includes 500 monochrome and 500 colour prints every month.
Additional prints are charged at 3 cents/print monochrome, 20 cents/print colour.

Plan 3 includes 500 monochrome and 500 colour prints every month.
A3 pages = 2 X A4 for price puropses.
Additional A4 prints are charged at 4 cents/print monochrome, 20 cents/print colour.
Additional A3 pages cost 8c mono or 40c for colour.

Plan 4 includes 500 monochrome and 500 colour prints every month.
Additional prints are charged at 4 cents/print monochrome, 20 cents/print colour.

Plan 5 includes 500 monochrome and 500 colour prints every month.
Additional prints are charged at 3 cents/print monochrome, 20 cents/print colour.

Note: Charges include all consumable parts and all servicing on-site. Charges for additional prints include toner, consumables and on-site service. All toner, supplies and onsite services are supplied by Fuji Xerox as required.

  • There is a $20 fee per toner supply to cover postage and handling.

A suitable internet connection and installation of proprietary Fuji Xerox software is required for printer management facilities.

All monthly payments are processed by Alloys Assist Pty Ltd. All monthly plans are charged monthly in advance. Charges for additional prints are invoiced directly by Australian Interactive Multimedia Pty. Ltd. and charged monthly in arrears. Australian Interactive Multimedia Pty. Ltd. is an independent company affiliated with Fuji Xerox Printers Australia Pty. Ltd. Failure to pay accounts on time will result in a late payment/administration fee of 10% The equipment remains the property of AIM and we reserve the right to recover it and associated costs in the event of you defaulting on payments. At the end of the contract we may offer to upgrade you for free to the current model and negotiate a new contract.
